You'll have the chance to engage in meaningful practices, such as creating eco-friendly prayer ties, where you can express your deepest wishes and aspirations. As you walk the trails in silence, allow your intuition to lead you to a tree that speaks to your heart, where you can leave your prayer tie, symbolically linking your hopes to the natural world's enduring strength.
After our silent, contemplative journey, we will come together in a circle to share our stories and insights, reinforcing our intentions with a gentle yet impactful activity. Please bring a chair or blanket for comfort and something to nourish both body and soul, like water, fruit, or a wholesome snack.
