Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside our control.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at support@olive-seed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges


Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for our products and services, including gift cards and promotional items. However, customers can exchange their purchases within 15 days of their original purchase date if they have proof of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies
